The Emotional Quotient Assessment - Emotional Discovery Assessment measures emotional intelligence across six dimensions — how well you understand your own reactions, manage them under pressure, and work with the people around you. Unlike raw ability testing, emotional intelligence is largely learnable, which is what makes measuring it worthwhile: a low score on a dimension is a place to develop rather than a fixed limit.
